General


How do I create an account?
Call us on 0508 333 222 and we'll get you set up over the phone!
Once we've reviewed the information we'll email you your unique customer number & password. 
 
How long will it take to create an account?
Not long at all, the process is usually very quick, but to be safe we ask for 48 hours after receiving your application.
 
Why can’t I log in?
To log in you must use your unique customer number & password. If you do not have an account with Crown, you will need to apply for one. Please see how to create an account above.
 
When I am logged in, I can’t find the product I want.
If you can’t find the product you require, please call us on 0508 333 222.
 
Will I receive monthly promotional material when I create an account?
Yes – by default you will receive a promotional mailer each month containing a selection of our top products at low prices!
You may also receive the occasional e-mail too, like our popular Spender Bender – which is sent at the end of each month.
 
What are your Shipping Rates?
ZERO! – We don’t charge shipping with orders placed online. That’s why so many professionals choose Crown for their everyday sundries, and larger items.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched the same day.  We aim to get all stocked goods to you within 1-3 days.
Special orders, back orders or non-stock items will take a little longer, but we'll let you know when you can expect them.

I received my order but it is incorrect.
If we make a mistake and your order is incorrect we will send you the correct items and supply a courier ticket to have the incorrect goods returned to us. Please call us on 0508 333 222 to arrange this and a return form will be sent, please enclose this with a copy of the invoice and the goods.
 
If you've made a mistake and ordered incorrectly please call us on 0508 333 222 and we'll send you a return form. Return the goods to us within 14 days along with the return form and invoice, and we'll credit your account to the value of the returned goods.
 
What happens if I have goods that need to be returned?
If you wish to return goods, you can do so as long as they are returned within 14 days. Please contact customer services to request a return form which you send back to us with a copy of the invoice and a credit will be processed.
Please note: Indent Goods or clearance items cannot be returned.
 
A product on my order is on back order – when can I expect it?
With over 5000 products, it’s true we can’t stock them all. But we always endeavour to dispatch any back order products as quickly as possible. Our suppliers are found throughout the world, primarily in the United States & Europe, so we suggest it may take 2-4 weeks.
 
Will I be charged freight on back orders?
No – Our policy is NO freight charges on back orders.
 
Do you supply Demo products and Samples?
Yes! We have lots of free samples available as well as some demonstration models.

Accounts


How do I go about paying the balance of my orders?
You may pay balances via the payment portal at the checkout. Alternatively, if your account allows it, you can pay via your contracts terms and conditions which normally states the 20th of the following month.
 
What if I miss a payment?
We are a friendly company, but we will send statements & notices. If you have any issues, contact one of our customer services staff.

Sales


When will I see a sales representative?
You won’t see a traditional Sales Rep at your door, but you will get a friendly call each month.
This is because each month our team of Account Managers work to speak to everyone via telephone to help with enquiries and assist with ordering. Your dedicated Account Manager is available between 8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday. Find out more about your Account Manager HERE.
 
If I order in large amounts, do you do special pricing?
Definitely! When you order in Carton/Bulk we will do our very best to provide you with the very best pricing.

Do you service/repair equipment?
Yes – We can service and repair a range of equipment. Prior to sending your device for repair, please contact us on 0508 333 222.
 
What is the expected turnaround time for a repair?
We endeavor to turnaround service within 7 days. Typically we achieve a 3 day turnaround, but appreciate some situations require an urgent service due to the nature of the work site.
